Had my car battery changed roadside assist. It is sunday afternoon. My hopes are low of getting help. I tried calling multiple 24/7 roadside assistance, nobody can helped out, tho those companies advertised 24/7. I made one more call this time to 3 Diamonds Mechanical, very helpful and honest on details, they have told me straight they don't have stock of the battery for my car. But they can make few phone call to find the battery. He said will call back in 5 minutes and he did. As I am working on admin of an electrical services, I understand weekend/afterhours prices maybe higher and I am happy with the prices and labour 3 Diamonds Mechanical have quoted me from the phonecall. After he confirmed finding a battery for my car he told me he will be in my location within 40 minutes and he is exactly on time. Got my car back running in 10 or 15 minutes. Awesome job 3 Diamonds Mechanic! Probably they are the only true from the many ads here in Mackay that advertising 24/7 assistance. That's my personal experience. I tried calling many battery shops advertising 24/7. Nobody helped out except 3 Diamonds Mechanical.

Came out to my place within 30 mins of the phone call, found the fault immediately and was able to source parts and fix it. Car is running smoothly and will have no hesitation to use this service again. Definitely reccomend.
