James is a good guy, but I can’t say the same about the bald guy at reception. Every time I’ve been there, he comes across as rude and acts like I’m asking for his kidney just by asking a simple question. I went in for a small repair, but there was nowhere to park my truck and trailer. He told me to wait somewhere nearby and said he would call me once another truck moved. After waiting an hour, I called to check, and he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. Another hour passed, so I called again, and he said, “Wait 5 minutes and I’ll call you.” On the third call, a woman answered. I explained that I had been told twice I’d get a call back, but no one had called. She laughed and said no one would have told me 10 minutes, making it sound like I was lying. I asked if she could please check how much longer I needed to wait. She transferred the call back to the same guy, who then told me they were on lunch and he would call me in another 20 minutes. After waiting two and a half hours, I left without getting anything done. James, you’re a good man, mate, but your staff really need to improve their communication and customer service.

I went AB auto electrics yesterday. I call them for appointment and they said you can come in half an hour. When I went there they said we are not free now you can come later. I left my work and went there. They were very rude with me. Their customer service was very rude. Not recommended

I have seen this place charge a lot of $$$ if you take truck at their shop. 1st time I was charged about 2grand for ac compressor as my Aircon wasn't working in my prime mover. However recently Aircon cooling came down in same truck and as I wanted to sell it I thought I will get it checked out as it should be probably under warranty. After dropping I got the call from them at 1:30 pm that they couldn't find the keys but keys were in truck. Later on they called me at exactly 3:59(I checked both times in my phone) saying my truck is ready for pickup. I was told there was hose suppose to be replacing and they did it and it will cost me more then $1300. When I said why nobody called me before replacing the hose and I was told we don't know. I said I don't want the hose as it's old truck and has to sell it anyway but I was told I will get charged for labour of 3 hours which is $450 plus 3 hours of removing hose so altogether $900. Mind you they only worked on my truck for 2.5 hours. I was told I have to pay either $900 for no ac or $1300 with ac. Not a very good option left for me. I will not visit this place ever.

Great guys, easy to talk to by far the best auto electrics we could find in Geelong and Melbourne, it was good and didn't take overly too long, thanks again boys great work.
