If I could give 10 stars I would. The entire team at Absolute Car Care are so professional. They diagnosed the issues with my Citroin Van very quickly and communicated with me during the entire process from start till finish. Such a great company to deal with, they will be getting all our vehicles from now on.

Had a complex issue with the electrics + wiring of my car, and Michael and his team took the time to sort it out and get to the bottom of the issue. Incredibly transparent re timings and pricing and updated me throughout the whole process. In the end managed to get everything fixed. Great service and thanks your perseverance guys!

Not a good experience as he refused to let my partner leave to go and pick up theoney to pay for the repairs done. He refused to let her leave as he was holding her there against her will. Then he was calling me all hours of the night demanding his money. Very apauling. Then he wouldnt accept cash as payment he was demanding apple gift cards as payment

I know my review is way late but better late than never! I never forget the people that have helped me ever. All i can say is that these guys know their stuff. Having never met Steve, I spoke to him on the phone all the way from Europe and he was so welcoming and was very interested in hearing my car’s problem and helping me out as much as he could. I could tell that Steve is very, very passionate about what he does and one can tell that he is very knowledgeable about how cars work and can pinpoint the problem without even seeing the car first. In my case he worked with me and with my mechanic in Greece to get to the bottom of was happening. I haven’t had a problem since this happened six months ago. Amazing! Steve sent me detailed information and what the problem could be from my description of things and events. All I can say is that your best mates should not only be your lawyer and accountant but also your car mechanic -STEVE AND ABSOLUTE CAR CARE!!. I have never met Steve in person but had heard great things from my brothers who had found Steve and his family business after the previous elderly mechanic had finally retired. Steve and Absolute Car Care, thank you so much as you saved me the run around and lots of money in the process. You guys go above and beyond and at a time when most people say ‘Sorry i cant help you’, Steve went out of his way and took time from his schedule to help me located on the other side of the world. I have been struggling to find a honest, respectful and considerate mechanic. That problem has been solved. I cannot rate Michael and the teams work higher enough! Their workmanship and communication is second to none. They have recently serviced not only my car but my wife’s too and their work is great! I would highly recommended them!
