They really took the time to look after my cars properly instead of rushing them through the workshop. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right and making sure the car gets exactly what it needs. On one of my cars, they managed to fix the cruise control issue that several other mechanics couldn’t figure out. On another occasion, I got a puncture late in the afternoon and they fitted me in straight away without an appointment. They didn’t turn me away or make me wait until the next day, which I really appreciated. Great service, honest advice, and quality workmanship. I’ll definitely be bringing my cars back here and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ballarat Automotive Shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. This review is way overdue, but I still wanted to leave it because these guys absolutely helped us out when we were in a terrible situation. It was right around Christmas/New Year, we were on holidays over 2 and a half hours from home with my wife, 2 kids and our dog in the car when we suddenly had a massive oil leak. We were stressed and honestly didn’t know what we were going to do, but the team here were incredible. They got us sorted quickly, treated us so well and completely took the pressure off in what could have been a nightmare situation. The staff were some of the nicest people you could deal with and the pricing was unbelievably fair — I actually couldn’t believe it.
