Belmont Auto Electrics and Air Conditioning is an auto electrician business that has been operating since 1979. It began as a small local workshop. The business services Belmont, Lake Macquarie, Swansea, Cardiff, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

It works on cars, 4WDs and caravans, serving both private vehicles and work fleets. Mobile servicing is offered. The team is fully licensed and qualified, holding auto electrician licence numbers MVRL 25939 and AU11229. Services include engine diagnostics, battery supply and installation, and air conditioning servicing.

Drivers with ageing or imported vehicles, camper trailer owners and travellers needing urgent electrical fixes are among those who have brought their vehicles to Belmont Auto Electrics and Air Conditioning in the Newcastle area. Andrew is the name that recurs most often, described as an expert in his trade who is generous with his time and knowledge, happy to listen and explain problems thoroughly before recommending the most practical solution.

Customers in several reviews describe quick turnarounds, including a car booked in on the day of a morning call and repaired within an hour, and headlights restored in time for a long drive home. A number of reviews mention honest pricing and workmanship that is never doubted, with one account of an Anderson plug job saving more than two hundred dollars because the correct system on the trailer was questioned first.

Air conditioning repairs and regassing, power windows, sunroofs and general auto electrical faults all feature, and a follow-up booking after an air conditioning service to confirm no leaks were present is described as thorough. Meticulous attention was noted on a twenty-four-year-old imported Mazda Bongo, with extra time spent testing engine temperature, while a female driver singled out the courtesy and fairness shown to her. A genuine, knowledgeable and polite tradesman whose services are sought again and again.
