Seith was told this over the phone and through text, yet he failed to identify or include in the report that this wasn’t an Sv6 and it was a false advertisement. On top of a pointless 12 hour round trip I made, parts already bought for the car, and $250 spent on this useless inspection, he still couldn’t organise anything with the seller, and once payment was through, he stopped responding to messages. He showed little to no professionalism throughout the service and I recommended staying far away.
NO SHOW,!!! for the last 2 wks i have been trying to get this nob (Seth) to turn up and every time he booked a time with me , he is a NO SHOW, did not seem friendly or helpful, changed his hourly rates on me a couple of times and did not address a reply for no show.......not sure how this nob in Bendigo makes his runs..? ! WORST EVER !!
Seith was fantastic! Friend has a light wiring issue last night on his truck, called and he was here within the time he gave us. Very knowledgeable, and price was very reasonable for the time he was called out after hours. Highly recommended 👌
Drove up from Melbourne today for a pre-scheduled meet, also confirmed by sms yesterday, to assist an elderly family member get a car checked. No show. Would not answer calls. When sms’d to double check if en route when over 30 mins late received sms reply ‘Can’t talk now. What’s up?’ Beyond unprofessional.
Fantastic service with fast and prompt arrival, I was screwed on a Sunday night and it only took 10 mins for him to show up and get me out of trouble. Car still needs further attention but at least I was able to get home without a tow truck! Fantastic pricing too, I was expecting the worst with cost but it was very very low. Thank you!
On the 2nd of January at 8.47am I called blue toro and was told that a couple small jobs needed to be done and then they would come have a look at my car. At 11.52am I had not heard from blue toro so I called up and asked if they knew a rough time they would be arriving. I was told they were in Huntly (20 minutes from me) and would be arriving “very very soon”. At 1.52pm blue toro still had not shown and had not contacted me so I called up again and asked if they were still coming. The bloke on the phone was so incredibly rude and said he had overbooked himself for the day and “won’t be there in the next 10 minutes so if you want someone sooner call someone else”. So basically he had gone from just a small day to having no time for my car even though we organised for them to come so early in the day. Blue toro was so arrogant they refused to offer even as little as an apology and wanted to act like I was being the unreasonable one. Blue toro never showed up and never contacted me again. His behaviour was rude and extremely unprofessional. I’m an electrician by trade and would never treat my customers like this. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Johan was very professional, punctual, and prompt. He got my car from broken down to running in no time. Was so happy that we booked it in for a service a couple of days later with our other car the following day ( he could have done the same day, but 1 car was needed). Now we are back for brakes. He does not try and push anything not needed and advises where, what, and when something is needed, as well as explaining issues and how it should/should not run. All done at home with no trace left behind. Brilliant.
