They took the time to explain what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The work was completed efficiently, and my car is now running perfectly. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises. It’s not always easy to find a trustworthy mechanic, but this place definitely stands out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and quality service! Thank you Wally, you are amazing!

They were transparent on what they can do, the cost and options based off my available budget. Samuel (sorry if I typed your name wrong!) was fast and professional as well. Not that I want to have multiple reasons to have to visit a mechanic but I'm at least happy to come back to them.
if i could give 10 stars i would, David is an amazing person. i am taking my new car here for an inspection, i felt heard and listened to and ive never had that happen at a mechanic shop. great people and amazing staff, even on the phone i talked to 2 different people and they were amazing. will be my new mechanic shop from now on. updated review : after my service it was amazing. they found a big issue that i had no knowledge of and luckily they caught it in time before it got worse, great people. don’t go to the other shops, put your time and money into these people who actually care about you and your vehicle.
Fantastic shop. I came in for my first service here, and the team welcomed me, helped me out, got to know me. David and team have a great garage, and care deeply about people, their needs and their cars. Will be bringing my car to them whenever needed. Thanks BES!
I have no hesitation at all in recommending Brisbane Euro Service. They inspected my car, gave me the opportunity to review their findings and recommendations. There was no pressure to get things done. I chose what fit for me in my circumstances and they took care of the rest. My car was ready fast, and the job was very well done. They really care about your car and treating you right. I won't take my car anywhere else.
I took my Volvo xc90 here because of the good reviews and the price they gave me. I did end up having to have it towed there myself but I know there are many places that don't offer that so it was not a deal breaker. I had pre-ordered the part with them from the Volvo warehouse. I was slightly frustrated at the fact that I was not told ahead of time about the power system diagnostics I had to pay for and that without that there would be no guarantee on the new alternator I paid over 800 for so it really not an option I felt. Once the vehicle and part were there it was finished that day however when I picked it up it started having issues it didn't have before. As soon as I made it home I called them and they said bring it back and we will get you taken care of. I was not happy about having to bring it back but they did fix the issue and had it back to me that day. The customer service was outstanding! I would like to say thank you to David , Samuel and Kieran for making me priority and not charging anymore for fixing the issue that started after the initial work was done. I spent over 2200 but now have my Volvo working great and they guarantee their work. Thanks guys!!! I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!! 😊
