Local Mobile Mechanics

I recently had my car battery replaced by local mobile mechanics, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced—exactly what I was looking for. The mechanic(John) came to my home just a couple of hours after I called, saving me from the hassle of towing my car or waiting at a shop. The convenience of having the mechanic come to me was a game-changer, and the entire job was done in about 30 minutes. I also found the pricing very fair compared to other options. The quote was upfront, there were no surprises, and it was much more budget-friendly than what I’d been quoted elsewhere. Overall, the whole process was quick, easy, and affordable. If you need a reliable and reasonably priced battery replacement, I highly recommend trying local mobile mechanics!

Very crude customer service. Looks like he had personal issues and venting out on customer. He was very rude in talking to us. Reply in owner response around 1:36 PM Brisbane Time I am happy to revise rating as I know how much rating means for any Business. 1. He was very rude on explaining policies. You are blaming customer of tress passing, when the person left the counter unattended he should have closed the door so that no one can enter the shop. The only intention to find out if anyone is working so that we can get attention. 2. There were more than 100 paper stick every where. You cannot expect customer to read all 100 papers to find and read only one notice. The person over there made it a crime as we could not find out and read one notice. 3. The notice on the door was in fact bent and not readable at all, in fact, the person over there in my presence just lifted it up to make it more straight. 4. We were about to become your customer but just because of one person's rude behavior and aggressive talk, we walked away. 5. He was so interested in arguing with us that he followed us out and started recording our footage without our permission. 6. He in fact, blamed us of stealing items and more over threatened us of legal consequences. 7. We offered him to check our car, offered him to check our wallet, offered him to call police but he was insistent on blaming us and blaming us for not finding one paper out of 100 papers and not reading it. Let me tell you the exact statement he used. Helllooo, you are not allowed to enter workshop, it is trespassing, does it make sense to you? This was with very aggressive tone. Welcoming response should have been, hello, how can I help you? Also, request you to not to enter the workshop as this could affect your safety, without using aggressive tone. I would have then come up with the solution of closing the door or putting a contact number on the door. The fact was the person over there wanted to give benefit of doubt to himself but not to us and started recording our footage WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. If you are different owner and not the person working there, give your contact number / email address along with your name then we could have constructive discussion and revise the rating. Also, I strongly want the person to delete my face from his phone otherwise I would be forced to take next steps. Thanks for your understanding.

Called this team at short notice as my beak lights had blown. Even though they were busy they squeezed me in and repaired my issue. Great service and didn't charge the earth. Well done!

I really appreciate everything the guys do for my car. First it was a nail in my tyre,. the 2nd issue was a electrical problem with the window. And thirdly was a blown light headlight. The cost was cheap and efficient.. I have sat at their auto shop and the guys are so fast and on top of it all. Excellent work.

Really happy with the fellas at Brisbane Auto Shop. Took in the Ute with a few dramas and had the air con compressor and turbo replaced. Each done on separate occasions and had no delay in getting in with parts sourced quickly. Compared with the quotes I had at another mechanic and dealership, actually saved a few thousand. Any other work and servicing I’ll be back for sure.

Brisbane Auto Repair shop did an unsatisfactory repair on a head gasket and the car was still well within the warranty period from work completed last year. They refused to do the job and accused me of interfering with the repairs that were done in order to avoid having to repair the vehicle under warranty. As a result I went to another mechanic and they informed me that almost all problems were the result of poor mechanical practice. Attached are areas that the new mechanic noted that were still leaking and they were astounded that no sealer had been used on any of the seals and gaskets. They also found it difficult to understand the unwillingness to address the warranty work. As a result I have paid an extra $763 on top of the thousands paid to this business and I was ignored when asking for any sort of compensation. I will never return to this establishment again and I urge anyone to avoid this mechanic as they are dishonest, rude and unable to do basic repairs.

They serviced my air con. Good service and value for money. They gave a quote for regular service too. I have typically gone to dealer service centres in the past, but these guys will very likely will see me back when it is due.
