These guys were great! I asked for some damage to be repaired. They fixed that and even fixed another spot which I did not ask for and they charged no extra. Excellent customer service! Feel free to share
Wonderful experience with Simone recently, she provided excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and confident with what she was talking about. An absolute joy to deal with! Highly recommend seeing Simone for all your repairable needs. Will 100% be recommending her to all friends and family! Keep up the fabulous work Simone, Micra she deserves some recognition :)
The most frustrating part wasn’t the delay itself — it was being told at the very last minute, twice, that pickup had been pushed back again, including to another day. Poor communication made the whole experience stressful and inconvenient.
Micra were top notch to deal With, staff were friendly, they kept us up to date on the progress of the work, and their workmanship was really very high quality. The car came back looking new! Would definitely highly recommend them!
Micra Hobart is undoubtedly one of the finest automotive repair and paint specialists in Tasmania. I have had the pleasure of dealing with their team on several occasions, and every experience has been consistently exceptional. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly remarkable; once the repairs are completed, it is virtually impossible to tell that the vehicle was ever damaged. The team goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding results, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication throughout the entire process. They use genuine parts and the paintwork quality is simply superb, restoring vehicles to a flawless, factory-like finish. What impressed me even more was their thoughtful service — the car was returned fully vacuumed and washed, looking absolutely brand new. The staff are courteous, dedicated, and clearly passionate about their work. Micra Hobart has earned my complete trust and highest recommendation for anyone seeking premium automotive repairs and paintwork.
