Did two online booking inquiries, a week apart, and noone ever contacted me. And the time I rang noone answered. Some extensive work was needed but my business went to someone up the road. A shame because I am a Midas customer in QLD where I live.
I was told my car wasnt worth a more in-depth look as it was too old so only had a very basic service even though they were told the previous history of the car.
Cannot fault Midas Launceston. I live in Qld but have a car at Launceston for use of family and friends when we visit. I wanted a brake safety check for peace of mind. They were super quick and could have said it needed work, but instead said all was good and didn’t need anything. Great service and professionalism and it restores your faith. I would thoroughly recommend Midas Launceston.

Cannot rate Midas highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Needed a mudguard bolt, brake pads and rotors replaced following 24 hours of hearing the hallmark scraping sound that accompanies worn brake pads. My oil was also running very low and this was completely topped up at no extra charge. It came to $579 all up - a huge relief following an extremely challenging year of expenses. The staff were faultless. I called at 3:30pm on a Thursday afternoon at the job was done at 5pm with staff only too eager to assist. I’ve never had such excellent customer service in my life. Thank you, Midas!
