Had Neumann Mechanical check my car out, he stated i needed a new fuel injector pump, i authorised him to undertake to replace it, he stated the pump was $2200, this is not true, he quoted me $4000 Cash, i paid him $1500 Cash as a deposit, 3 weeks later i received my car back, he dropped the car off to my place, came inside, and asked me for another $5000, he stated that he did extra work on my car( Which I Did Not (Authorise) which is illegal , i paid him the extra $5000 Cash, & he said happy days, i asked for a receipt & a detailed work sheet what he did to my car, multiple times, but haven’t received a thing, it’s in the hands of Consumer Affairs Now, Never Again Will I Get Him To Work On My Car. I called early Saturday morning needing an urgent fix. They went out to assess the car where it had broken down, towed it back to the shop and fixed it within a couple of hours. They also came back after hours to allow me to pick it up after I had finished work. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

I cannot fault Neumann mechanical. I was referred by friends who have had a great experience with James. When my car broke down and I was advised by another mechanic it could cost $8k+ to fix I was very stressed. A second opinion from James resulted in repair and parts under $1k- the issue was not as first presented to me!!!! James was honest, fair and explained the issues to me. He was able to get my car back on the road in less than a week and with a service too!!! I would highly recommend Neumann Mechanical if you are looking for quality work from an honest and fair mechanic.
