Had two LED lights installed on my truck and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Their pricing was very reasonable, and despite the rainy weather, they worked efficiently and completed the installation to a high standard. Service was friendly enough but received my vehicle back with more issues than what I took it in with. My partner and I needed auto electrical work done, plus have our air-con looked at. Only half the electrical work was done/done properly and some things we said we DIDN’T want wired up, were wired up.. Our passenger indicator is now flashing 3x faster than the driver side and they ‘couldn’t’ connect 12v fans to the rear. They ‘couldn’t’ hook up a charger for us because they ‘couldn’t put it into the wall’ but funnily enough my partner was able to do this himself upon getting our vehicle back. Our air-con vent on the drivers side has been completely ripped out without letting us know or telling us they had done it, now we have a gaping hole as an air vent. We told them multiple times we were on a time crunch and they had our vehicle for 5 days after saying it’d only be a day and a halfs work. We are now experiencing battery/alternator issues within 5 minutes of leaving home to go interstate for work and have to be towed to a BETTER mechanic to now undo everything they have screwed up for us. We were constantly told ‘please be patient, please be patient’ every time we called because there was a NO communication from them. $1000 for half a job or less.. better off not going here to begin with. I was told to leave a good review and unfortunately this is as good as it gets. Should have known better than to trust this place from the minute of walking in when we awkwardly sat in the reception area being ignored.
My headlight globe fitting burnt up on a Friday night, and they replaced the fitting within 15 minutes on Saturday morning. Exceptional and speedy service and highly recommended!
