I chose this shop for a wheel alignment mainly because it had a high Google rating and they were able to arrange a time as soon as possible. When I dropped off my car in the morning, the shop advised that I could collect it after lunch. At around 1 pm, after I called to enquire, I was informed that the vehicle had been completed and was ready for pickup. Before making payment, I asked whether they could provide a before-and-after wheel alignment data report. I was told that they did it manually, there is no digital report, and mentioned that they had been operating for decades. After picking up the car, I road tested it on the way home and found that the vehicle was noticeably pulling to the left. I then called the shop again and asked whether electronic equipment could be used for testing and whether a data report could be provided to improve efficiency. The boss told me that they did not have any relevant electronic equipment, but that I could bring the car back to the shop for another inspection. After returning to the shop, the owner personally test drove the vehicle and confirmed that there was indeed a pulling issue. He suggested leaving the car with them again the following day for further adjustment. As I had already gone through the process of dropping off the car, collecting it, road testing it, and returning for another inspection, continuing with further adjustments would have required additional trips. Therefore, I ultimately chose to request a refund. It is worth noting that, after confirming the issue, the owner did not avoid responsibility and provided a full refund very promptly, which deserves recognition.

I had a very disappointing experience at this business. When I went to pay for my fuel, the staff member who served me (a male employee who said his name was Nabil) was, in my view, extremely rude and unprofessional. During the interaction, comments were made about my car and that I was treated differently because of my background, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I came in simply to pay for fuel, but I left feeling disrespected and upset by the way I was spoken to. Customer service should be respectful and professional regardless of who the customer is. I hope management looks into this matter and ensures all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

Excellent service. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I had a brake noise problem. I previously had it fixed at another shop, but the noise came back after a few days. When I went back, they quoted me $600 just to open it up and inspect it, which I thought was unreasonable. I searched on Google and saw this place had great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. The manager was very kind and helpful. I told them I had an afternoon shift and asked if they could look at it as soon as possible. They were very accommodating and fixed my car before 12 pm. They said my car would be super quiet and that the issue wouldn’t come back — and they were absolutely right. Everything was smooth and professional. 100% recommend this car repair shop.
