The team at Sunset Strip Auto were extremely professional. They diagnosed the fault in my German car and repaired it at a very reasonable price. Having recently moved to Wollonging, I will be using their services from now on
I took my car for the yearly service to Sunset Strip Automotive today. As usual, Carlo and his team were extremely courteous and professional. They have, in the past, solved problems with our car that the dealer and other workshops could not figure out. I strongly recommend this workshop!
Carlo & the guys at Sunset Strip Auto have been looking after my Fiat Ducato Camper for 2 years now. Great professional workmanship always delivered with a smile & they don’t mind ‘dumb lady’ questions in the least. Thankyou guys see you next service😘
Professional approach combined with pleasant and attentive customer service. My Alfa Romeo Giulia was serviced appropriately and further advice provided for future servicing. Highly recommend.
Great customer service, very clean workshop and friendly, informative communication. Knew the cars history and recommended upcoming checks. Highly recommended. I will be back.
Super happy with my Alfa Stelvio Veloce service today at Sunset Strip Automotive! Carlo offered warm friendly service & great communication throughout the process. My car is now running perfectly & I would absolutely recommend booking your car service in with Carlo!
This place was highly recommended from another business so I drove there to get an oil leak check out. I was told to leave the car and come back in a few hours. When I came back I was told a quote would be emailed to me in a few days. I called after a few days and was told they needed more time for pricing parts. After one week I called again and was told the quote would be sent in another few days. It’s been 3 weeks now and I have heard nothing. This is a terrible way to treat anybody. I would not recommend this business if this is the way they treat people.
