Made the stupid mistake of filling up the diesel Ford Ranger with petrol and was stranded. Luckily I was not far from these guys who accepted the job immediately and had me back on the road promptly. Johnno and Chris were wonderful to deal with and really provided 'peace of mind' when I was super stressed. Very professional team and I have no hesitation in recommending them highly. Thanks team!
DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC The worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Owner is a horrible angry man who gets in your face, never letting you talk. I bought a car from Frank about 8 months ago, which itself was an organisational nightmare, with them forgetting to register the car properly in my name and letting the RWC expire. Eventually got that sorted. Included in the price I paid was a free general service. I tried to book an appointment multiple times, with Frank saying I should come in 3 different times. Each time, he said he was too busy and I should come back another time, and it was my fault for not properly booking an appointment. When I tried to reason and explain that he'd told me to come in he just got angry. He said on one such occasion "If I was a woman, this would be rape" when I was asking him for clarification.
Highly recommend Frank! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. I needed my car door replaced, and he sourced and installed it within just a couple of days. The workmanship was excellent, and the whole process was hassle-free. A big thank you to Frank and his team for their hard work and outstanding service!
Like others have said here, “I’ve finally found my guy.” Frank is an amazing, true salt of the earth mechanic. He's hardworking, honest, down to earth and endlessly friendly and his prices are incredibly fair! I came here to get my roadworthy cert in a bit of a panic and he looked after me and my car tremendously - and I got it back quick too! This is a proper, classic, unpretentious and reliable mechanic shop that won't mess you around whatsoever like others I've experienced. It's in such a convenient location and I'll be coming back for my service next year! (Added bonus for people like me: great coffee shop right next door too if you're feeling like sitting and finishing up some work while waiting!)
