Nick and the team at Alexandria Automotive absolutely saved our trip! Our car broke down on a Sunday while visiting Sydney, threatening to ruin our drive back to Melbourne the next morning. Despite being completely fully booked on Monday, Nick squeezed us in, quickly diagnosed the issue, and sourced a rare part for an uncommon car model. They had everything installed and ready for pick-up by Monday evening. Their efficiency and customer service are unmatched. Have been using Alexandria Automotive for 10yrs. Started with a flat tyre then a pink slip, fast forward to regular services, tyre replacements, yearly pink slips and repairs as needed. Service is always excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Nick and team.
