4.5 / 5 · 67 totalWithout a doubt the best experience I’ve had at a garage. Most women will know the feeling of being spoken down to and overcharged by a mechanic, but you will not experience that here. Great customer service, transparent with pricing, and a very thorough service. Would happily drive out of my way to come back here. Thanks George 👍
The owner George was transparent kind. Humble and very helpful with me today! 5 star service. You will leave this buisness better they are honest and up front! Unlike other mechanics very much appreciated the service and excellent work! Thank you.
Been going to George & Elie for years! Through all my years of mechanic experiences, George & Elie have been a constant delight. Reliability, ownership, competitiveness, they really do go the extra mile for all their customers, I've experienced it first hand and have seen it through the years with all their other customers. They have a client first attitude and it's so important to me as I've always taken my new cars to the manufacturers and have never service and honesty like there's. I recommend everyone in the area to go and use the team at Alexandria and let them show you why everyone thinks that they are the best!
I would like to personally thank this mechanic for teaching my family and I some crucial life lessons: how gravity works, how coolant flows downhill, and how accountability is apparently optional. My mother brought our car in for a coolant leak. A simple job, I thought. Fix the leak, add the coolant, we all go home happy. Instead, I received a surprise art piece titled ‘The River Runs Through It’ — starring our car and every drop of coolant decorating my street upon arrival home. Impressive, really. I didn’t know my driveway could double as a slip-n-slide. Naturally, Mum called the mechanic after the issue persisted. His advice? “Bring the car back.” Bring. The. Car. Back. An inspired suggestion — except for the minor detail that you can’t exactly drive a car in peak heat with no coolant unless you’re trying to audition for spontaneous engine combustion. When we raised this small logistical challenge, we were informed that we should have asked him to drive out. Of course. Silly us. We were apparently meant to know: 1. That he offers mobile services. 2. That he was willing to come out. 3. That the responsibility to suggest this solution was ours. How foolish of us not to assume. But wait — plot twist! We’re told this was Mum’s fault. Naturally. Because when a professional repair fails, the logical conclusion is maternal sabotage. Fast forward $2,000 later, and the original issue still needed to be fixed — by another mechanic. So essentially, I paid premium pricing for a live demonstration of how not to repair a car. Would I recommend this mechanic? Absolutely — send your mother in law right his way. One star. And that star is for the mechanic’s confidence.
A faulty aircon 3 days before Christmas - everyone else was too busy, but George said bring it around and I’ll take a look. A quick re gas and we’re back with cold air for the summer. Thanks George for squeezing me in - greatly appreciated!
