I have been bringing my cars here for over 20 years and have always been 100% happy. Monique and Jake are wonderful to deal with - always courteous and do their best to schedule me in when convenient. Jake lets you when unexpected problems arise during a service so there’s never a rude shock at pick up time. He also advises when expensive work is coming up next service. My whole family brings their cars to Car Service Canberra now and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Cannot speak highly enough of the friendly and courteous staff at Car Service Canberra. Jake in particular demonstrated a level of knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness that I have never experienced before. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be definitely a return customer.
I have had my Mazda 2019 MX5 car serviced by owner Jake for the past 3 years. He is very friendly, trustworthy and a good car mechanic. I also send my Mazda 3 to him for regular service. His fees are very reasonable. You can easily book online and request a courtesy car if available.
My family have been going to Car Service Canberra for nearly 20 years for our regular services and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The team are so friendly and always take the time to explain any issues in a way that anyone can understand. They are transparent and honest, always telling you if something needs to be fixed at the service or if things can wait until future services. They also call during the service if there are any issues to give you an update and discuss anything that costs extra money. I always feel confident that the team have done a thorough job and that I will be informed at every step.
Jake, Monique and the team at Car Service Canberra are my go to for car servicing and repairs. Had my Corolla serviced today, enjoyed the convenience of a pre booked loan car and had a text message before lunch advising my vehicle was ready to pick up. Thanks for keeping us safe on the road.
Understood my odd request to repair broken door handle with a second hand part I had ordered from interstate. Easy booking, coped with me changing booking twice due to work changes. On the day, super friendly staff. Excellent value and I drove off with a car that now has a new shiny door handle that actually opens the door! I’ll be back. Found my new mechanic 🙋♀️
