I have drove my car for almost everyday for a month since the service, and it is noticeably more smooth. I believe they have done a good and proper work on it.
I can highly recommend German Service Shop for log book servicing and general repairs. Brad and the team are highly professional, they provide clear communication and an honest service. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none.
Absolutely next level customer care, honesty and professional expertise. I have been going to these guys for years for my Audi and everytime the focus is on friendly communication, genuine commitment to the health and longevity of my car, efficiency and top level maintenance and repair. Brad and the team have a huge amount of knowledge and lay out viable options/ approaches to any issues. The care and time taken to communicate means you're never just another rego on the job list. These guys are as loyal to their customers as customers are to them because of this commitment to exceptional work. They always look after me and take all the hassle and stress out of any car issue- big or small. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Took my Mercedes c300 , 2019 in for a service and couldn’t be happier. Brad and team were straight up about what needed doing, no unnecessary upsells, and the work was spot on. Communication was great the whole way through and the car came back running better than ever. Finding a workshop you can actually trust with a European car isn’t easy — these guys are legit. Highly recommend!!!
Very honest and nice people to deal with. My wife and I have 2old red bull mini's that they have been serving and they always give you a call if there is a issue. My experience is every time we pick up the bill has been less than they said. We are from ballarat so we just have a day trip. Both minis are running great.
Brad helped out my parents when they had an issue while in the vicinity for hospital treatment. He was accommodating with the urgency and really provided them with some peace of mind during a stressful period. The garage was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an impressive turn around, without charging an obscene amount. We are truly grateful and appreciative of their work and effort.
I previously had my brake discs and brake pads replaced at this workshop, and I’m very impressed with their service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me, which gave me a lot of confidence. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to the dealership, without compromising on quality. The work was done efficiently, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. It’s not always easy to find a workshop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommended we will definitely be coming back again!
