I’m absolutely frustrated and beyond disappointed. I had a mechanic come out to look at an immobiliser issue who called out an auto electrician the following week who then ended up calling a lock smith. After all the muck around and money spent ($657) nothing ended up happening no fix of the car no call back or anything. I ended up calling up asking what was going on and got directed to the area manager who said he would investigate this and get back to me. After a week went past without hearing anything I called up again and he proceeded to tell me he spoke to the people who were apart of the job but he simply just forgot to call me back, we then agreed on a $500 refund due to call out fee and a key being cut. I was told the refund would be in my account within 5-10 days which never ended up hitting my account. I have since tried E-mailing him which has gotten no reply so I ended up calling which I got told he will call me back within the day which he never did. I’m sick and tired of trying to chase up after this with it almost feeling there is no care or accountability. I am prepared to take this case to fair trading in hope something will finally happen because it has become beyond ridiculous.
Great customer service. I got an appointment the next day and they kept me in the loop the whole time. Great job at changing my tyres and finding me the best deals. Quick and professional. I have now used them twice, one for tyres and one for a service and both times they have been quick and professional and completed the work with care and professionalism. I will definitely use them again. Both time I dealt with Michael and he has been great with communication and easy to deal with.
Thank you to Umit (A76) who came out to inspect my car. He was extremely thorough and found the root of the problem that I was so bad at describing lol. While the fix was on the expensive side, it was worth it to know what was going on, put my mind at ease and have the same day repairs.

There is a mechanic name Eduardo who inspects used for sale cars out of hours for his friends. He makes incorrect claims about vehicles to drive down the price and disparages other well known and reputable mechanics. Avoid at all cost.
