I took my car for the yearly service to Sunset Strip Automotive today. As usual, Carlo and his team were extremely courteous and professional. They have, in the past, solved problems with our car that the dealer and other workshops could not figure out. I strongly recommend this workshop!

This place was highly recommended from another business so I drove there to get an oil leak check out. I was told to leave the car and come back in a few hours. When I came back I was told a quote would be emailed to me in a few days. I called after a few days and was told they needed more time for pricing parts. After one week I called again and was told the quote would be sent in another few days. It’s been 3 weeks now and I have heard nothing. This is a terrible way to treat anybody. I would not recommend this business if this is the way they treat people.
