I was stuck with some unknown auto-electrical issues on my Audi that prevented the cruise control from engaging. Paul was an absolute gentleman and infinitely patient with me in talking through and understanding the issues and possible causes. While I was unable to take the car there for repair (as I am Sydney based and had to leave), Paul none the less took the time to help me out. Extremely knowledgeable and straight to the point - what more could you ask of a professional.
