I highly recommend Kazim! He went above and beyond and his level of service and communication is wonderful. Definitely not very common with a lot of mechanics I’ve had in the past. I believe I’ve found my new mechanic! My front wheel nearly came off while I was driving on the Monaro Highway to get my car looked at over the weekend. My car was shaking violently and I was 5 minutes away from my destination when I saw something my fly off the wheel. I pulled over and contacted the place I was going to and they gave me Kazim’s number. I was very shaken up by the experience and Kazim was very kind and reassuring over the phone and in person. He told me he was very grateful that I was safe. Kazim took photos and explained to me very clearly what was wrong. He even offered to stay with me until I got a tow truck. When my car got towed to his place, he showed me what potentially was wrong with my car and explained my potential options. He even drove me home! He communicated very well with me over the next day and explained that my wheels don’t quite fit my car properly. He ended up sourcing a full set of the right wheels and tires for me for a good deal within a few hours of us deciding to just replace the whole lot! He even took my car to a tire/wheel shop in Fyshwick to make sure it was 100% safe and there would be no issues. Kazim was very honest and reasonable with his pricing. He worked very quickly to resolve the issue and communicated well during this entire experience. He was always very happy to answer any question I had. He also regularly checked up on me to make sure I was okay. I was only out of a car for 2 days! I have no doubt that I would have been out of a car for at least 2-4 weeks if I had taken it elsewhere. What a great experience! Kazim came one day after calling him and made short work of replacing the crankshaft position sensor in my MB, which was buried at the back of the engine. I'd tried for hours to get it out and failed but he did it in 5 minutes. Amazing. I'll use him again for sure!

Super friendly, and very honest. He told me the issue with my car could have been repaired in my garage but would have taken hours and hours and that it was better to take it to a workshop where they could lift it up to get underneath. Could have just charged me a million dollars and made money out of it, but gave me a helpful and honest recommendation instead. Support this small business!
I called Kazim because I couldn’t get my car started… turns out it’s totally busted, but he couldn’t have been more helpful given the circumstances!
