In response to the owner, I have actually used AutoKing previously in Townsville and when I called the call centre they advised they don't have anyone in that service area. It wasn't even an option. So, clearly you haven't searched your records for my name.
Lady on the phone completely rude, abrupt, unhelpful. Don't use.
Very unprofessional stay clear
Says Mackay but it's not. Gave them a ring and they said cant do Mackay and just hung up. Unprofessional and just plain rude. Edit. You replied 2 months later saying you said all of this stuff and that I hung up on the manager, first of all I was not speaking with the manager. This is plain bs, if you're gonna lie do not lie about what I've said. I've said your website said you do mackay services but you said no we don't and hung up. Don't waste your time on these idiots
Couldn't get them on the phone number doesn't connect
We had troubles with our car. We thought it was the battery, so we bought a new one, this did not work. After that we called roadside assistance who cost us triple as much money and could not figure out what it was. Then we called this guy and he fixed it in 20minutes, low charge and super helpful to come over as quick as he could. If you are in car trouble around mackay/serina call this guy. It’s the best thing you can do.
