Brisbane Autocare

Brisbane Autocare is a car repair and servicing business in Brisbane, previously known as Disability Transport Services Queensland (DTSQ). The company operates a large, modern, fully equipped workshop in Mansfield on Brisbane's Southside, where a team of highly trained technicians works. Brisbane Autocare is approved to install and relocate baby seat anchorages. Its main services include wheelchair accessible vehicle conversions, tour bus fit-outs, vehicle repair, auto air conditioning, and safety certificates.

Regular servicing and roadworthy inspections are the services that bring most reviewers to this Mansfield workshop, and the accounts share a consistent tone of satisfaction. Something that features in review after review is the quality of the finished work, with customers describing detailed and complete servicing that leaves vehicles passing all tests, along with thorough logbook servicing and roadworthy checks carried out promptly. Clear communication and transparent pricing are repeatedly praised: several customers note being kept informed of charges, including small issues rectified without extra cost, and honest explanations of any additional work that might be required.

The team is described as friendly, patient and willing to answer detailed questions, while the workshop's willingness to take on modification work, such as fitting a wheelchair lift to a mobile showroom, is singled out for its professional and timely execution. Reviewers also mention being able to book in without the long wait times experienced elsewhere, and the cars serviced range from a Honda CRV and a Nissan Qashqai to a Peugeot. Vehicles are returned clean and well cared for, with even tyres polished and interiors refreshed, a detail that supports the impression of a workshop that takes pride in its results.
