I brought my car in with multiple issues, expecting to get hit with a big bill, but instead the team was incredibly honest and upfront. They actually advised me not to spend money fixing the car because it simply wasn’t worth it. That level of honesty is rare and genuinely appreciated, especially as a student already dealing with the stress of moving house at the time. To top it off, they went above and beyond by offering me a bottle of wine to help lift my spirits after such a tough day. I’m really grateful for their kindness and integrity. It’s clear they care more about their customers than just making a quick profit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate service.
Took my 2014 Mercedes C250 Bluetec in for a service and they completely destroyed the car. As soon as I drove it home and parked it the car started leaking oil everywhere and the coolant reservoir exploded. When I picked up the car I was told they didn’t have the tools to do any of the other work and that they had 2 apprentices working on vehicles while the one qualified mechanic was working reception and supervising. It cost me $4500 at a reputable European mechanic to fix their damage. I think this place changed staff or owners because my initial service there a few years ago was fine. Take your European cars elsewhere.
Change of ownership since last time I was here and the new guy is great. Professional and friendly and is a very experienced mechanic.

I give this 5* review because the guy there is very honest and helpful. My Audi Q7 oil leak has mot been fixed because they were too busy and lack of staff that day but they gave us an helpful recommendation withour charge. Thanks team.
