I can't recommend this garage highly enough. After a very difficult experience elsewhere, they took on my motorhome and were determined to get to the bottom of some very challenging electrical and mechanical faults. They didn't just replace parts and hope for the best—they used their extensive knowledge, persistence, and problem-solving skills to crack a really tough nut. What impressed me just as much was their communication. I received regular, thorough updates throughout the process, so I always knew exactly what was happening and what they were investigating. Their feedback was clear, honest, and reassuring. It's rare to find a team with such a combination of technical expertise, determination, and excellent customer service. I’ve now had two recent experiences with Cairns Auto Electrical, one major and one minor, and both were outstanding. The team is great and are very helpful. The major job involved significant rodent damage to a major electrical component in my vehicle. From the first phone call through to completion, the team were professional, communicative and incredibly easy to deal with. What could have been a very stressful repair was made almost seamless, particularly as the work was being handled through our insurer. Cairns Auto Electrical managed the process efficiently, kept me updated throughout, and worked hard to get the vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible. Great workmanship, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cairns Auto Electrical and will definitely be returning for any future auto electrical work.
