He's honest, punctual, knowledgeable, and just an all-around good bloke who tells it to you straight. He's always worked on our Mercedes GL, and every time he not only fixes the issue but also takes the time to explain the vehicle's history, common faults, available parts options, and what he would personally do if it were his own vehicle. There's never any guesswork, upselling, or nonsense—just honest advice and quality workmanship. The jobs are completed quickly, the communication is excellent, and you always know exactly where you stand. I'll continue using Certified Automotive for as long as I own a car. Amazing service, quality work, no BS, and most importantly, complete honesty. Thank you, Goran and the team at Certified Automotive.
Our 20 year old car had an alternator issue so the car was totally dead. First time for us using the Car Mobile Service of Certified Automotive. Mark was very punctual and professional in doing his job. Highly recommended.👌

Mark was great. He diagnosed the electrical issue and solved it very quickly. In addition he did a great routine service of all the necessary things. He was on time and great to deal with and very efficient. We couldn't be more happy.
My first experience with at home car servicing . It was convenient , efficient , thorough and I was kept informed through the work as to what was needed , actually shown and described why it was needed and the benefits to having things done . Feeling at ease now knowing I am travelling in a safe vehicle . Goran was courteous , friendly , informative and thorough . Highly recommend !

Dom did an amazing job! He was super friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The booking process was incredibly easy and the team responded very quickly. Having a mechanic come to you at work is so convenient and saved me so much time trying to organise getting to and from a workshop. I’ll definitely be using this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, stress-free experience.
