WOW! WOW WOW! The courtesy and genuine customer service shown to me was above and beyond. From my first phone call to see if they could fit me in on my way to work to patch my flat tyre, to the front desk service on arrival and then the lovely mechanic who checked the air in all my tyres and drove my car to me and spoke to me respectfully was all next level GREAT! Then to be well looked after *they will understand * made my day. As a woman where sometimes these environments can be intimidating at no point did I feel uncomfortable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and its staff. I would also like to mention Mitch from Harvey Towing for the recommendation. You were fabulous also. Thank you all for making me feel important. I had three different mechanics look at my VW multivan which was experiencing a number of issues. No one could diagnose and resolve anything until I was referred to Jason at Coastbay. He was great to deal with and sorted out everything that needed fixing. And it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I highly recommend him and coastbay especially for the European cars that no one seems to want to work on.

I was looking to get new brake rotors and pads for my Kia Cerato GT after getting a vibration under braking. Jason from Coastbay made the whole process simpler, faster and priced better than I expected. They recommended that I have just the front replaced, got me in the day after my inquiry, and completed the job in just over an hour. I've never seen anyone do it that fast before, at such a meticulous level. They even bedded in the brakes for me. My brakes now feel perfect. Very impressed with how clean their shop is too. I'll definitely be going back!

Can’t thank CoastBay enough. I had a Silverado 2500 problem where it had an accumulation of soot. This prevented me from basically driving anywhere as the vehicle reduced power & no turbo was engaging. I rang multiple places, looking for someone who can do a manual DPF burn to fix this issue. Coast Bay was the only place willing to assist on a Friday afternoon. In and out within an hour. Appreciate your help. And getting us back on the road to VIC.

Recently my Mercedes broke down , I was recommended Coastbay through a friend , they were already affiliated with the towing company which was so handy and the mechanic called me and discussed the deal with the car , also Stacey on reception was fantastic with communication letting me know what the car needed and a timeframe on repairs .
