I was impressed with the man I dealt with when booking my car in. Knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Plenty of feedback when I picked my car up as well. It's not my first visit to COOTA Automotive Services and will not be my last. Thoroughly recommend.
Always Friendly Prompt service at the front desk and to my Vehicle. And good advice when needed👍 Picked up the BT 50 drove to Ararat, running as good as new .

I recently engaged with COOTA Automotive Services for a RWC of my vehicle and from the very first interaction with them over the phone, I knew I was going to get great service. I spoke with Brandon on multiple occasions over the phone and in person whilst COOTA had my vehicle, and his constant friendly demeanour and efforts to keep me in the loop was much appreciated. I will definitely be returning to COOTA if I am in need of any other car needs.
The guys at COOTA do an awesome job on my car! I’ve taken my car there for a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are always able to explain it to me so I understand all the issues my car had and what they did to fix it. Also I travel a lot for work so I appreciate when they can always have a look at my car in such short notice. Very grateful!
