From the moment I made what was, frankly, a desperate phone call, right through to the day I collected my car, the team was incredibly responsive, professional and reassuring. They kept me informed throughout the process, were easy to deal with, and genuinely went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful experience as smooth as possible. The quality of the facility was also impressive. The workshop was absolutely immaculate, you could genuinely eat your lunch off the floor. Everything was neat, tidy and exceptionally well organised, which speaks volumes about the pride the team takes in their work. Most importantly, I felt that my car was in safe and capable hands from start to finish. The combination of excellent workmanship, communication and customer service made the entire experience outstanding.
A good car deserves quality service. I have used Cox Auto Service Centre in South Melbourne a number of times now to take care of my Audi and the service is always exceptional.
Had my MB E250 annual service here last week, for the first time with Cox Auto. Recommended by a good friend. Nice and local. Harley and Eddie were excellent, courteous, friendly, timely and provided a courtesy car to assist us. We would highly recommend Cox Auto and their team.
Very happy with the service at Cox Auto. I needed a bit of work done to my car to get it roadworthy, shout out to Harley who helped me get the lowest price possible and helped me through the process. They even washed and vacuumed my car at the end! Highly recommend.
Just had the car delivered after a Mercedes C200 sports service. Bit early to to see the results but if the initial experience has anything to go by it should exceed expectations. Fantastic contact from start to finish. Harley brilliant to deal with and car delivered in as new condition,
Definitely recommended. Cox was able to make me believe that you can service your car reasonably and with the expertise of a business specialist in German makers. Great communication and they went the extra mile to ensure that the repairs & service required landed in the right ratio considering that I have a 9 year-old car. Very happy from A to Z.
Billy and the team did a great job fixing my car. It had some quite serious issues, Billy explained everything to me and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. Excellent customer service and 30% cheaper than the dealership.
