Arrived to the shop and realized they are closed for lunch. Why would you offer to collect the car during your lunch time? After 20 mins waiting outdoor we agreed on price and jobs to be done. - drop off my car at 7am. Jobs take approx 5 hours. Waiting..Waiting...Waiting...no call, no sms, no email...nothing from the shop. 3pm shop closed. I arrived to the place and noticed that gate are locked, my car parked in their yard and, thanks God, there is a sign with phone number to contact after hours. Contacted. Waiting outdoor for about 40 mins. Lady arrived gave me a key and a quote, no reasonable explanation why I've being ignored or forgotten...just Sorry with sour unhappy face, like that's my fault I didn't pickup my car earlier. $20 added to my quote as they purchased petrol . Why? My tank was almost full! After arguing this amount removed from payment. Jobs done. Everything works. But customer service is absolutely terrible!
Excellent service - went out of their way to get me underway amidst their very busy schedule. Highly recommend the excellent workmanship and friendly approach provided by Nino, Malaine, Joseph a& Quinn and the whole team at DC Power. A very good and well run Company that deserve support. Our water pump in the van wasn’t working, and it took them 1.5 hours to tell us it was faulty. We paid almost $200 for literally nothing, with no empathy from their side! We weren't happy with their service and wouldn’t recommend this place.
DC Power teams’ service outstanding. Called on way in from Barracrab CP Clairview with several electrical problems on van. Redarc Brake system operating abnormally and no dc to dc power charging batteries to van. Arrived 1100 am and back on the road in a couple of hours on our trip to the cape. Thanks heaps DC Power you came highly recommend from the local caravan repairman. If not for dc power we would still be in Mackay
Fantastic service. I was stuck in Mackay with a bunch of problems with my car and no solar in the van. Fixed the lot without a problem, quickly and efficiently. Cost was more than reasonable. Lovely people. 10 out of 10. Couldn’t recommend more highly
Customer service at its worth. Who needs bad reviews when your receptionist does it so well by herself. That young lady should take some courses in sharpening, sorry remodelling all together her skill in dealing with customers inquiry instead of suggesting them that they are too stupid to understand what she says. ´ » If you don’t understand what I am telling you it’s your problem not mine » Repeated 3 times, Hola young lady hold the horses. A simple: « look there must have been a misunderstood, sorry, our team will be with you very soon », would have been professional and Bob would have been your uncle. An other business who will not understand why they got less and less customers. One thing is sure is that I will do my upmost to be correctly understood by the whole marina and all the yachties Face group about such arrogance.
DC Power is my 1st choice for everything auto electrical. Emmalaine always has a beautiful welcoming smile and Nino always makes time for my cars. The quality of their work, quick turn around of work completed, their pricing & their multiple payment options just makes my auto electrical issues less of an inconvenience, less stressful & less financially draining.
