I honestly can’t rate this company enough. I get why they have such great reviews. Trent and the team go above and beyond to help, but also prioritise making their services affordable and you don’t feel like you’re getting ripped off. You feel like you’re getting honest, reliable customer service which is so hard to find in mechanics. I had taken my car to a few other repairers before here, got quoted thousands for diagnostics before they’d even begin the repair but GCSC were the first to actually find, diagnose and successfully repair the car because they took the time and committed to finding the problem. In the end it wasn’t a big fix and was a quarter the price of what I had been previously quoted. Trent also went above and beyond to make sure I had a car while they needed more time with my one. First time using Gold Coast Service Centre Absolutely amazing service I had a wait and asked about cafe nearby as 79yrs old so not too far to walk.
