Valve stem seals on a 30yr old 4WD by the way. Nothing difficult. Then you tell a customer you’re replying to the enquiry forms I sent while I’m on the phone to fob me off I can only guess…and then never send it 👍🏼 If you can’t do a job or just don’t want to, just say. Saves me wasting a week waiting for a reply simply for choosing your workshop on a very high recommendation I may add. Disappointed.
Fabulous experience with Mobile Auto Care. Luke and the mechanic who worked on my car (i didnt get his name) were understanding, prompt and thorough. And didnt cost me an arm and a leg! Woohoo! Will be using Mobile Auto Care again.

My partner Jordan took our car to get the A/C fixed. Luke was transparent and communicative straight away and understood that it was near Xmas and helped us out. We are going back for a service in January with him. Thank you Luke, we have had a good experience even if it cost a lot of money!! (Which we knew it would). I would recommend MAC to others.

Pays to get a second opinion. I had the mechanic come out to find the source of a leak. After getting a call telling me what the issue is, I received a quote with a starting price of $500, but it could be more because they weren't sure until they started. I wasn't really convinced about that, so I booked into my local Automasters for a second opinion. They found the source of the leak, which had absolutely nothing to do with the repairs I was quoted for. Not even close to what it was, plus found no other issues with my car. And for a 3rd of the price. It's a shame, having a mechanic come to you is a lot easier and something I wanted to try. Never again!!
They did a pre-purchase inspection on a car I am buying from a dealer and they were great to deal with. Inspection was very thorough and they picked up on several things that I hadn't even considered. The report they sent by email was very comprehensive and easy to follow and they were able to do it so quickly. Really fair pricing too. Highly reccomend!
