I had an excellent experience both times I left my car at Premium Automotive! Both mechanics did an amazing job, and my car now drives perfectly. They were professional, honest, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was happy with the results. I really appreciated their great communication and attention to detail. I highly recommend Premium Automotive to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality service. Thank you so much!
Here’s a mechanic you can trust. I’ve been using them for both of our cars for a couple of years and they are fantastic - very pragmatic, helpful and flexible to your needs and budget. They’ll give you a clear picture of your cars condition and help you step through an affordable approach to keeping it in shape. Very happy with the team there.
Our Toyota Hilux was due for its 60000 Km service during a trip from Hobart in Tasmania. Previous reviews from customers lead us to choose Premium Automotive and we were not disappointed. A thorough service was completed and a comprehensive follow up report was provided. Excellent communication and very competitive pricing… VERY happy to have Stuart and his team work on our vehicle…. greatly appreciated!
Great service. The service rep asked questions about the car, always trying to be helpful. He kept updated on whats happening with the car. Great service! Recommended
super impressed with these guys! called them last minute as my jeep wasn’t starting, they got me in that same afternoon, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had it back to me the next day, all for a super reasonable price!!
My best experience with a car mechanic so far. They sqeezed me in on shirt notice, were really friendly while explaining what's going on, and for a fair price.
I dropped my car because it wouldn’t start. In the end, the issue was minor and they didn’t charge me anything. Thanks again to the team for that, as well as for their professionalism and friendly service! 👍
