Contacted Saturday morning, RWC done by 2pm. Beyond impressed. Great pricing. No dramas!! Highly recommend
Excellent mobile mechanic, sorted out our Tiguan 👍🏻
I contacted Jae to do a mobile roadworthy for me on our 2022 VW Tiguan ready for sale. He organised the home visit within 48 hours and advised after inspection that we needed to replace the brake pads prior to sale. We had already been advised from VW that the brake pads were due for replacement late this year so were not surprised, We then asked if he could do the job and he managed to fit it in for us. We were very impressed with Jae ‘s customer service as well as his work. Happy to recommend Jae as an honest, reliable and efficient mechanic.
After being let down by Roadworthy2U (technician did not show for my appointment) I spent a good portion of my day phoning around to find someone who could urgently complete the roadworthy on my car. Not only did Ky actually pick up the phone when I called (I know, amazing that there is still a business these days that actually answers the phone!) but his communication was excellent and he was able to fit me in same day. Ky was a great guy, friendly, quick and efficient….I will be back!!
Ky inspected a vehicle I was looking to purchase and did a great job! I was especially grateful that Ky took the time to explain things to me in an easy to understand way and answer my questions. I value good communication and I think Ky has a real skill in making his profession and expertise accessible for his customers. Well done and thank you Ky!
Had a roadworthy done a few days after I rang up for one. Amazing response time and mint service, cheers Ky
Ky was brilliant turned up early was extremely professional and very informative and exceeded my expectations and requirements. Highly recommended. Will be using his services in the future. Thanks for your wonderful prompt services.
