Walked in to Seb’s and Simon immediately got us to drive the car in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed in 10 minutes. Really friendly and helpful. Could not recommend highly enough.
My car is now absolutely perfect and running like it’s brand new. 12 year old Audi will stack wrong. Simon to such care and went above and beyond. Really lovely old fashioned service. Could not be happier- thank you
Wonderful experience! Simon knows his stuff for sure, dropped off my car in the morning for a wheel bearing gone bust... he had it done by lunch ! Fair pricing and great farm eggs believe it or not👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Will be coming back Definitely recommend
Simon is fantastic to deal with. I originally visited his workshop because I needed an auto electrician. I am very grateful that each time he slotted me into his busy schedule to solve my problems. An indicator that kept cutting out intermittently, a window that wouldn't go up or down, and my pink slip. It's always reassuring when someone is clear on costs and requirements. Simon's communication in keeping me updated on the ordering of parts etc was exceptional. His workmanship was excellent in resolving my problem indicator.... Simon had previously helped me when I thought it was just the bulb, but he did a thorough investigation this time and found the cause. His work shop is well organised and whenever I've called in it's always busy. Thank you Simon for the time you took took, to get the bottom of my issues and for the time you took to source the parts. I'll definitely be getting my next service with you. It's refreshing to find a mechanic whose approachable, friendly and competent.
