NOT A ROADWORTHY CERTIFICATE (RWC) PROVIDER! They essentially act as a middleman. They send your car to a completely different garage to undergo the actual Roadworthy test, and then bring it back to give you a list of required repairs—which this garage then charges a ridiculous amount to fix. Because they have to coordinate schedules with an outside mechanic, their online booking system doesn't accurately reflect their actual availability. The repair pricing and consistency were highly questionable. - Massive markups: I was told they couldn't source a used part and had to order it directly from the manufacturer for $350. Another garage managed to order the exact same part, also brand new direct from the manufacturer, for just $160. - Inconsistent safety checks: There was one specific fault flagged during the inspection. I had another garage fix it and provided proof of the repair. This garage claimed it still wasn't fixed properly, but then said they would "just pass it" anyway. If a fault is major enough to fail a roadworthy, you can't just wave it through— No consistency. - Wrong tyres flagged: They claimed two of my tyres had to be replaced to pass the RWC. However, when I got a second opinion, another garage confirmed there was actually plenty of tread left on both of them. Even worse, the one tyre that genuinely needed replacing wasn't even flagged on their report. - Incorrect deadlines: They even got my official RWC re-test dates wrong, claiming it was due three days earlier than it actually was. I had to double-check with VicRoads myself and show the garage the official rules to correct them (likely because they were struggling to fit the car back in with the external garage). The only reasons I'm leaving an extra star are that the owner is nice and they offer a convenient after-hours pick-up. EDIT - Owner says they send the car to an independent inspector but the official inspector is actually a garage that specialises in European cars....

I had Hybrid battery installed in my Toyota by them last week, the service was very professional. Mohsen was very helpful and explained all the details after investigation of the vehicle.

great service, helped change my hybrid battery and identified issue with the water pump and changed that swiftly. mohsin and chris helped simply break down the issues in the car and they were honest and trustworthy :)
