The owner Wayne is an amazing man, the hard work he put in is another level, the team is very professional, not only know what they are doing, sent my 330i for brake pad change, they even do test run few times to ensure everything are working perfectly. Their dedication for their work is top! Highly recommended!

Getting my car serviced was always an anxious experience as a female until I started taking my car to Wayne and I just can't recommend him enough. My partner still takes his car there even though we have moved across the other side of the CBD - and purely because Wayne and his team are trustworthy, honest an experienced which is a rare holy trinity in this industry.
Took my car in for a service, Wayne and the team were absolutely great to deal with! They even noticed my water pump was leaking, with my permission and at a very fair price - the part was ordered, delivered and installed all in the same day! My car was also very clean :)
These guys are legends! Wayne and the team at Southbank prestige did a fantastic job with fixing my Jag and gave me the correct quote for what needed to be fixed. I had brought the car in for a second opinion after another service centre up the road tried to blatantly rip me off. Wayne is very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. I appreciate that he is an honest mechanic because that’s hard to find these days! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else and I highly recommend these guys. Layla
I don't write many reviews. Only when I feel it is absolutely warranted. I've been going to Southbank Prestige Service Centre for about 4 years now. Wayne and the team are exceptional. They are very friendly and accommodating, extremely knowledgeable and honest with work that needs to and doesn't need to be done, as well as reasonable when it comes to charging. I always feel like I walk out with peace of mind and getting good value.
