Highly recommend Steve and his extremely knowledgeable son & apprentice. I rung originally to book in and they were busy but got back to me as soon as they could and got me in where able since I needed work done asap. They were fantastic with the communication and gave me very reasonably priced quotes before going ahead with the work to make sure I was happy. They helped me out with a few extra things that usual mechanics would not. These blokes are fantastic at what they do and they have gained a customer for life I will not be going anywhere else now.
I found Steve and Nick during a tricky period with my ageing x-trail, and visited them at least five times over the course of a year, maybe more! The final time was a full service, after which I drove 7000km on a big relocation adventure. The car didn't miss a beat. Absolutely phenomenal. They also did very generous drop-offs/pick ups to help with my logistics. Couldn't rate higher. Wish I could take them with me, interstate!!!
Steve and Nick recently repaired and serviced my two cars. One is a 1989 W126 Mercedes-Benz, so parts are rare and expensive. The boys did a wonderful job and kept costs at a reasonable level. Highly recommend the business even if you have to travel to get to Pacific Paradise.
One of the untrustworthy mechanics who care more about money then a quality service. charged me $180 for a 20 min look over a car I was thinking of pre purchasing, Buderim mechanical charge $85 for 1hr. Also quoted $500.00 for an over run pulley on the alternator lol, $70 on eBay and a 5 minute job, $300 for a rocker cover gasket, $25 on eBay and I could do in 30 mins. I pretended I had no mechanical knowledge and was totally taken for a potential ride of $1800.00 to get all the work done. DON'T GO TO THIS MECHANIC!!!
Car wouldn't start. Usual mechanic not answering Monday morning. Found Steve online 8.40am. Clayton's delivered my Tucson to him 11am. Starter motor replaced and ready to go by 1pm Tuesday. I've found my new mechanic. Thank you Steve.
I am blessed to have found Steve and Nic at a time in life when my car has reached the age where she needs rather a lot of attention. These blokes are salt of the earth and brilliant at what they do, with very fair pricing. Also logistical geniuses, they've picked me up and dropped me off a number of times, making it easy to access their services. 100% recommend.
