Toowoomba Lube & Mechanical is a family-run business that has operated for more than 15 years. It is locally owned and operated. Its staff are Toyota factory trained, and the team has more than 100 years of combined industry experience. The business specialises in Toyota and Japanese vehicles, and it services all types of vehicles, including caravans and trailers.

It uses computer diagnostic tools to detect vehicle issues. Repeat clients travel from Cunnamulla, Beerwah, the Sunshine Coast and Emerald. Its main services include logbook servicing, mechanical repairs, tyre replacements and suspension adjustments.

Toowoomba Lube & Mechanical draws consistent praise from customers for the quality of its work and the reliability of its team. Several reviewers describe servicing and mechanical repairs carried out on utes, with brakes, suspension upgrades, oil leaks and shock bushes among the jobs mentioned. A theme running through the feedback is the effort made to fit urgent work in quickly, including an overnight fix for an oil leak and a booking arranged from interstate after photos of the parts were sent ahead.

Customers repeatedly mention being kept informed before costly components were replaced and receiving helpful advice when collecting their vehicles. The honesty and fair pricing of the team, with Dave and Craig named for their straightforward approach, are singled out, while Helen and the office staff are credited with handling payments through a novated lease without fuss. Reviewers also note the use of quality parts and the friendly manner of everyone involved. The business is described as trustworthy and reliable, with customers returning for regular servicing and recommending it to others.
