This was my first visit to Woden Automotive Service, and I chose them based on their Google reviews, they absolutely lived up to the reputation. I had a really positive experience with Gavin. He was kind enough to fit me in on short notice and took the time to properly inspect my car. He diagnosed the issue with the brake module and clearly explained everything in detail, making it easy to understand what was going on. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. What stood out the most was that he didn’t charge me for the inspection, which shows genuine integrity and care for customers. Highly recommend Gavin and the team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic. He just won a new customer in me.
Excellent service. I called up on a Friday and had the car in on a Monday. They identified the problem so quickly they didn’t even charge me for it. Not to say they’ll do all your work for free of course but it shows they’re honest and genuine in an industry where trust goes a long way. Definitely recommend

Update Jan 2026 - Gav and the team have just completed another service on my Ford 2005 BA Falcon replacing the coil packs/spark plugs, oil pressure switch and fan belt/tensioner pulley. Another great job at a reasonable price.!😀 I’ve been taking various cars to Gav at Woden Automotive Service (WAS) for a few years now, and without fail the team are friendly and professional in all their work. Recently my daughter’s 2008 Corolla developed an oil leak and Gav booked me in at short notice and replaced the faulty oil sensor at a very reasonable price to resolve the problem. Would not hesitate to highly recommend Gav and the team at WAS!
