4 Wheels Auto Electrical

Vehicle electrical faults are the core of the work at this Golden Square workshop, and feedback consistently points to a friendly and helpful manner from the team. Buyers of the service repeatedly mention that diagnosis and repair of auto electric problems were handled capably, and that staff made room for a car at short notice when the schedule was already full. Steve is singled out for explaining the issue in person when the vehicle was dropped off and for following up by phone to confirm the proposed repair was acceptable, a theme that recurs in accounts of how communication was managed before and after the job.

One account notes the cost of the fix was considerable while still expressing satisfaction with the result, and the same reviewer describes being kept informed so there was no dispute about the bill. Explanations of what had been found are also described as thorough. The closing remark from one motorist is that they would not take their car anywhere else, which reflects confidence in the diagnosis and the outcome.
