Felipe is an honest person and a highly knowledgeable mechanic, and I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. My Mercedes C250 randomly stopped one day and the engine would not start at all. I was waiting for RAA when Felipe, whose workshop was not far away, came out himself to help. He genuinely cared and said, “I’d run the diagnostics for you to see what the problem might be, free of charge.” That alone already told me a lot about his character. After checking the car, he worked out that the fuel pump was likely the issue. He then got his staff members to come out and help push the car back to his workshop, which I really appreciated. Throughout the day, Felipe stayed in touch and explained the different fuel pump options available, even taking the time to research a cheaper option to help save me money. Then, instead of just replacing the pump and charging me for it, he paid close attention to the details and realised the issue was more likely the fuel pump connector rather than the pump itself. He fixed it all up and ended up saving me nearly two grand that I would have spent on an unnecessary fuel pump replacement. On top of that, he charged me next to nothing for all the work he did. That kind of honesty is rare. Felipe is thorough, genuinely helpful, and clearly cares more about doing the right thing than just making money. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mechanic they can actually trust.
