Clarke's Mobile Mechanic North Brisbane is a mobile operation in the city's north, with David attending homes and workplaces to service and repair vehicles on site. Customers describe prompt replies to calls and messages and appointments kept as arranged. The convenience of having work done at home recurs often, covering routine servicing, brake pad replacement, fault diagnosis, pre-purchase inspections and repairs to a Jeep and a Suzuki. A theme across the feedback is David's readiness to explain what is required, showing parts that need replacing and tracing the cause of a fault rather than only swapping components.

Reviewers repeatedly mention his friendly, accommodating manner and how straightforward he is to deal with, whether servicing a ute, a family car or a boat. Fair, reasonable charges for the work carried out are noted, along with follow-up contact after a breakdown and honesty in handling the job. Thoroughness, sound advice and a willingness to go further than expected to finish a task properly are also singled out, together with the care taken to get a vehicle running well again.
