These guys always go absolutely above and beyond not only with customer service but with their mechanical repairs. I would safely say that Dridans is the best mechanic in Ballarat

When my engine warning light came up, I really did panic. I didn't know what to do. After calling three local mechanics who said they were fully booked out for the day, I spoke Jayde at Jamie Dridan Automotive Repair who said even though they were fully booked out for the day, if I brought the car in, they would try to look at it today. What a relief that was. To my great surprise, they found the problem and fixed it. As I needed a service, they were able to fit this in as well on a busy day for them. I really want to thank you all for getting me out of an incredibly stressful situation and for keeping your costs really competitive. I will be back for my regular servicing from now on but this time, I'll make sure I book ahead.

Have had 2 different cars worked on here about 6 months back. Was so happy with the work and effort this place put in to sourcing a cheaper option for an expensive repair and how they went about their business. Will be back
