⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my Mercedes Sprinter serviced at European Service Centre and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Dean provided exceptional customer service and professionalism. Dean took the time to explain everything clearly, including what was involved in the service, what needed attention, and what could wait until a later date. As someone who likes to understand what's being done to my vehicle, I really appreciated how thorough and transparent he was throughout the entire process. The communication was excellent from the moment I booked the service until I picked up the van. Everything was completed on time as promised, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Their system is very modern and organised, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. What impressed me most was Dean's honesty and genuine approach. He uses genuine Mercedes parts, doesn't try to upsell unnecessary work, and provides fair and reasonable pricing. It's refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about looking after its customers rather than simply maximising the bill. My Sprinter campervan is very important to me, and I left feeling confident that it had been serviced properly by people who know Mercedes vehicles inside and out. Have you ever had an experience at a mechanic that has left you feeling completely happy, assured and satisfied? Well this is the place. I had major engine issues, got towed from Goulburn and dropped my car off at nearly zero notice. Dean had my back 100% of the way. He saved my skin with expertise, value and humour. If a mechanic shop was a church, this is where I would come to pray. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

For women looking for an honest, trustworthy and reliable mechanic then Dean and his boys at European Garage are your absolute go to!! Twice now I have phoned Dean as I was told by other Porsche mechanics that I needed the engine mounts replaced (approx quote $4600 from a well known European car mechanic in Fyshwick). He got me in the very next morning, he asked me to be there at 7:50 before the influx of other cars that were booked in. Dean put my car up on a hoist plus did a test drive and said it didn’t need to be done, he didn’t charge me anything to do this. He could have said yes it needed to be done and come in with a cheaper quote but he didn’t. Total honesty! The second call to Dean a few weeks later re my right headlight blowing, the same thing, come in the next morning at 7:50. He got one of his mechanics on it straight away, I waited 20 minutes and headlight globe was replaced. I was charged $178 and no labour charge (elsewhere was approximately $450 plus labour). Dean also advised me to keep an eye on the other headlight as it too could blow but was an unnecessary cost to replace at this time….again, I appreciated his honesty. This is now my Porsche Macan’s new mechanic! I opened my review directed at the women out there that feel they are being taken for a ride (scuse the pun) - but ANYONE choosing European Garage will not be disappointed……try them, you won’t be sorry, care for your vehicle plus your wallet…..guaranteed!

These guys are absolutely legendary! I purchased an Amarok sight unseen from Carbids in Fyshwick and flew down from the GC to pick it up. First time buying something online without viewing always ends in pain so I'm pretty stressed as you'd imagine. I take it to Kevin's Auto who fails the truck on two things and that's pretty reasonable. Tints too dark and small fuel leak from an old clamp. Kevin's Auto sends me to Euro Garage to sort the fuel leak. Now this place is busy! The Manager behind the desk who I didn't catch his name is there. I tell him my story having bought this truck unseen from auction and that I need to drive it back to QLD today and it has a small leak that needs to be sorted so I can get the blue slip, register the car and hit the road! The Manager(legend) says he's full and can't do much, so hope is momentarily lost. He then walks into the garage, gets the boys to pull a car down off the hoist that's been sorted and tells me hang round 30mins and he'll sort me out. I can not thank them enough for slotting me in and sorting out the truck for me. They replaced the clamps and hoses and refused to make me pay!!! What! I insisted but he wouldn't take yes for an answer. I am so grateful to these legends!! The 1* review is because he said to leave a good review and make sure it's 1*! Dean is rude and obnoxious as mentioned by others, takes too long to fix car and extends timeline with no apology, doesn't address all work that is requested to be addressed. Surprised on the 4.9 stars review

I am extremely impressed with the quality and service at this garage . I had a problem with my Peugeot and they did a diagnostic test and looked in the motor and found that a cable for the turbo had not been reconnected. Within a short time the problem was fixed . Many thanks to Dean? for your help . I would highly recommend this establishment for repairs .
