What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Reviewers at this East Brisbane workshop describe brake diagnosis for squealing and clicking noises, a clutch replacement where the mechanic recommended a single mass flywheel over the original dual mass unit, and logbook servicing, with quotes reportedly honoured once work began.
Staff named Nick and Michael are mentioned for clear fault diagnosis and for going beyond a basic roadworthy check on one occasion. Based on Stanley St East in Brisbane, the workshop is described by several reviewers as notably cheaper than quotes they obtained elsewhere for the same repair.

As always, I received excellent service this week from Milos and the team at Genesis Autoworks.
These guys are awesome deadset, Had a clutch replacement and even advised me to use a single mass flywheel instead of the factory dual mass flywheel I had so they knew what they were talking about and a log book service. 10/10 Customer service as well everyone was so nice, was also expecting my car next day but they had it finished same day like WOW!!! In addition the quote they gave me over Jax Tyre and Auto was $1000 cheaper for the same single mass conversion, they didnt know what they were talking about 😂 Thank you heaps lengends... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Really reliable and trustworthy mechanics. I called about a car I’ve just bought that had an issue with the wheel alignment. I was quoted when I first called and was charged this exact amount. Was fixed by early afternoon as well. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
I’ve been taking my car to Genesis Autoworks for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their communication is excellent – they always explain what needs doing, what can wait, and provide photos when needed. Honest, professional service and no surprises. Highly recommended.
Great service and very professional team. They took great care of our Suzuki grandvitara 2014 and clearly explained everything that needed to be repaired, as well as what could wait. Honest, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!
These mechanics are amazing! It’s so rare to find these days. Took my 14yr Mazda for service. I didn’t bother to mention a subtle ‘rattle’ which two previous places could not identify to resolve during prior services. I was led to believe it was due to age for an ‘economy’ car and left it at that. To my surprise, these guys picked it up and brought it my attention. I agreed to proceed to replace the part and the ‘rattle’ has completely disappeared. It feels like I have a brand new car again. I’m very happy and grateful to receive such exceptional service.
Absolutely fantastic experience. The team were incredibly friendly and helpful, took the time to check everything thoroughly, and explained things clearly. Really appreciated the great service, highly recommend!!!
