I have been really impressed with the service at La Macchina, Harrington Street. The team is professional, honest, and takes the time to explain what actually needs attention. What I appreciate most is that they don’t just replace parts for the sake of it — they’ll let you know if something is still fine to use for another few thousand kilometres, which gives me real confidence that their advice is genuine. On top of that, their pricing is very fair, making them excellent value for money. I feel reassured bringing my car here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Also, Simon has been great communicating during and after the service to ensure all our requests were met. We needed a comprehensive service on our BT50 as it does actually go off-road. Simon was awesome in understanding our needs and performing the work we wanted, while also identifying some issues we weren't aware of. He provided photos and details of the issues prior to any further work going ahead so we could approve it. We also got our caravan rego inspection done and are totally happy with Simon and his teams service. We attended the original centre in Hobart.
