What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Long-term customers at this West End workshop mention bringing European vehicles, including a Range Rover, a Defender and a Cayenne, back over several years, with same-day turnaround noted repeatedly. Reviewers describe a tyre puncture fixed within half an hour, a brake light issue resolved after another workshop couldn't sort it, and staff member Zac praised for explaining work clearly before it started. The business, which reviewers note specialises in European makes, operates from Montague Rd in Brisbane's West End.

The team at LeMans West End are fantastic! I’ve had several services and tyre changes with them now and they are always fast and efficient. I appreciate that they are happy to work with your budget, within reason, and honestly advise what the best options might be for you and your car. Highly recommend 😊
LeMans have been excellent when servicing my Hyundai i40. The parts pricing on the itemised invoice is very reasonable, and they've always check with me before proceeding on any extra work required. Best auto shop I've ever experienced.
Emily was great! She helped out so much and the car was ready within hours. Very accomodating & lovely, I will definitely be back!
Had such a great experience here. After another place wasn’t able to fix the issue, I came in with a brake light problem and the team helped me straight away. They were incredibly friendly, honest, and genuinely kind to deal with. They fixed the issue quickly and explained everything clearly. It’s so refreshing to find people who actually care and treat their customers so well. I’m really grateful for the help and will definitely be back in future.
First time having my vehicle serviced at LeMans West End, and will definitely be back. They quickly and professionally dealt with an unexpected service issue. Great customer service. Thank you.
Excellent service all round. Good people to deal with. Everything carefully explained, and then listed on the invoice. Future service requirements discussed. I used LeMans West End for a previous car and now my new (secondhand) car.
As always, I have had an excellent experience with the team at Leman Westend Brisbane. Their honesty and trustworthiness are highly commendable. The journey from the Sunshine Coast was certainly justified. Zac provided exceptionally helpful customer service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge and clear explanation of the necessary details without overwhelming us. I highly recommend their services, especially given their specialization in European vehicles, including our Cayenne. Well done to the team, and thank you. Mona & Bill
